Of course you can not find it on HTC, according to the file name its from O2 and its the german version. The question is how its running on other networks than O2.

The "DE" is for "Deutschland" and this is the German word for Germany.

Installed HTC Connection Setup as I am on another carrier but it does throw an exception... How to install the connection wizard ?

I don´t know. But you can setup the connection without any Problems. I´m using E Plus and Vodafone and this works fine.

Is your camera still working? I have extracted the Radio Rom. When flashing it into my HTC Touch Cruise the camera doesn't work anymore. There are more people that have tested it also, but they all got the same problem.

is a PhamQuang ROM. WWE, Radio ROM not included. Does look totally different from the O2 one, looks like other PhamQuang ROMs.
Tested it, could not set battery options (bug?).
But the camera works with the new O2 Radio version, it might be because it just shares the same build 19965 as the new OS Version.
