I don't know, never tried, but maybe, you have to hexedit manila2d.exe and search for "phone" or telephone, and see what exe it calls, or better disassemble it with ida pro! ;)

When i swith on my p3600, sometime he not active the Telephone...
The cell load all, but not active the phone...

When i have this problem i active manualy the telephone setting, and only now the p3600 watch me the kayboard number to put the PIN, and the telephone setting it active...

But i don't understad where is the problem... i must setting something or have other problem?

If your wlan doesn't seem to work from comm manager, you should check this.
Open regedit, find this key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\WLAN]

You should already have the following

I'm testing your last ROM release and i'm having a problem with the JVM (Esmertec Jbed) you put in this package. When i'm trying to run a Midlet that needs bluetooth client or server permissions the pda give me an error: javax.microedition.io.Connector.bluetooth.client authorization not available, error 58. Probably the libraries about bluetooth are missing on this jvm, however i'm not really sure. Do you know if there's a solution for this problem? Maybe turn back to the original ROM will solve this?

Moving on from this java problem I have to thank you for this great ROM, the last release solved the last few bugs I had.

I've installed the version 3.18 and i've to ask some information.
i read the entire thread but i've not found the reply
When i listen to music as i make to change the volume?
Can i change the skin? where i can find them?
i've download pccarvalho tf2d digilat clock and i've installed it on the device, but, after a soft reset the device present "Toccare qui per eseguire TouchFlo".
after to have touched the same message is showed.
How can i exit from this situation?

i have the same problem of the music after closing a call, it starts without sending any request, and the second one is connected with viewing the SMS messages, i can see the sms in the preview on the touchflow, but if i would see it in its full lenght is not possible(using the feature Chat enabler), instead the email account works properly.
Let me know.

i dont use this rom, but i`d like the keyboard very much. Is there a way to get a install cab for this?
Another solution for me will be, to find a way to permanently change the settings for keyboard to (for examble) touch keyboard. Normaly selected, the setings will go back after a softreset to normal built in keyboard.

After 2 happy years using the previus ervius rom version of the year 2007, now I decide to update to the new one called "angel". With this new angel version, my trinity's camera doesn't work. Each time I press the camera button it reply with an error message as in the title. I've tried all the ervius new versions 3.18, full, lite and superlite but nothing was resolved, the camera never work and the error message is ever the same. The bad is that the camera, now, dosn't work also with the other roms. The cause is the new angel version because I've used regularly my phone's camera until 3 minutes before the update.

Today i have the same problem. I solved whit a new flash of ultimate ervius Rom (3.18). Enter in bootloader mode and launch the RUU application. After this, copy and launch rom licenser and activate the Rom. But now i have a new problem: touchscreen not precise.

ragazzi io nn m iricordo ke hardspl ho installato, non so come controllarlo(cmq ce ne misi uno sicuro), ho provato a flashare da pc e nn và, da skedina(è la prima volta ke lo faccio da sd) e mentre c'è la scritta loading compaiono dei numeri sulla prima riga e poi ritorna alla skermata cn le strisce colorate. cosa fare?

Se sei nella schermata a strisce colorate, attacca l'usb e flasha da pc.
Io ne ho flashati 2 stamattina. Ricordo a tutti che per arrivare nella schermata del bootloader (l'unica soluzione in questa condizione per flashare da pc) si devono tener premuti tre tasti contemporaneamente quali:
Tasto accensione
Tasto fotocamera
Reset (che si schiaccia col pennino sul buchetto che sembra il microfono posto vicino alla presa per il caricamento)
Successivamente si va con il rom update utility ed il gioco è fatto.
Resta da dire che evirus l'ha giocata sporca.

mentre hai la schermata a strisce, ricollega il cavo usb, lancia il file splxploit-windows (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=308691) segui le istruzioni, e si istallerà olipro 1.2, a questo punto flasha come normalmente hai fatto, io ho abbandonato ervius e sono ripassato a elias almeno per ora.

Non riesco a risolvere il problema ne da sd ne da pc. Mi da la schermata a bande colorate, con la scritta USB ma il PC non lo vede provo ad iniziare l'update ma all'1% si blocca e si resetta il dispositivo.

Per chi come me (cazzone..) non messo l'olipro e si resetta all'1%, si risolve facilmente con splexploit, l'ho fatto e caricato la nuova versione di questa stessa rom, e va tutto a meraviglia :)

Ps per scaricare splexploit, che per chi non è pratico sfrutta un xploit per buttare "a forza" una olipro 1.20 che è sufficiente per caricare una qualsiasi rom, basta usare la funziona cerca di questo forum

La versione 3.18 di ervius ve la potete procurare senza pagarla tramite il sito www.megadownload.net che è un motore di ricerca su rapidshare. Una volta sul sito digitate ervius nella casella di ricerca e vi escono tutte le rom che sono online. Scegliete la 3.18 full. Fate presto prima che la lui tolga. NON LA PAGATE su altri siti.

La versione 3.18 di ervius ve la potete procurare senza pagarla tramite il sito www.megadownload.net che è un motore di ricerca su rapidshare. Una volta sul sito digitate ervius nella casella di ricerca e vi escono tutte le rom che sono online. Scegliete la 3.18 full. Fate presto prima che la lui tolga. NON LA PAGATE su altri siti.

Funziona bene si, sorpresine ulteriori no, non te lo potrà dire nessuno, nemmeno Ervius stesso visto che secondo me, questo blocco improvviso non è stato voluto, anzi direi che visto che il problema si è presentato dopo il rilascio della 3.18 che stiamo installando, è probabile che esso sisa rimasto anche in questa versione, ma lo sapremo probbilemnte il 15 di dicembre (o prima se Ervius intervenisse:mad:).

la rom 3.18 non mi funziona bene con il flo, in pratica non è sensibile alle dita e agli scorrimenti, icontact non si muove proprio addirittura così come le pagine di opera, sapete cosa fare???? Grazie

Anche io sono consapevole dei rischi che corro installando queste ROM, ma la questione non è accusare Ervius dell'errore che ha fatto (sempre che sia un'errore), ma che lui non trovi neanche un minuto per dirci due parole, basterebbe anche un "mi dispiace non lo sapevo", e magari darci qualche dritta su come risolvere il problema. Ci sta completamente ignorando e questo non mi pare per niente corretto, vista la gravità del problema in questione.

Hi guys, I specified in 1st post that the roms development for italian users was also in other italian forum, where I specified what appened into 3.11 and maybe into 3.14 roms version, that inside shell32.exe was a timebomb a trial period that ended, and not for my choice, but only becose they were test roms, and I didn't check if inside there was this kind of trick by "HTC", not mine, but also that my last rom was 3.18 (ultralight, light and full!), if didn't follow other italian forum, is not my mistake, I hoped that all of you went into this forum.
I'm sorry for what appened, but I checked my last italian rom 3.18 and shell32.exe didn't have timebomb inside.
Is a lot of time that I don't write into this 3d, and believed that all you knowed the existence of this other italian forum.....
bwt, if you have this kind of problem, install (or by bootmode or directly by minisd) an original WM5 rom, then you can reinstalla another rom.
P.S.: are 2 months that I passed to diamond, and sold my great trinity.

I never forced someone to install my roms, I post them if you like, install, if not install some else, and terminate telling that I specified in 1st post where to ask for help (new italian forum, where a lot of people can speak in Italan language). in that forum I told about this problem specifing better also how to solve (installing other rom if have installed hardspl or original WM 5.0 if not!)

a parte l'inca....ra del momento alimentata pure dal non sapere come risolvere il problema (mea culpa non avevo installato olipro dopo avere flashato la rom il che mi ha reso il tutto più difficile, o così mi pare diavere capito), ma il punto è un'altro, nessuno e dico nessuno, ne tu ne altro membro anziano del forum, ha detto una parola tipo stiamo analizzando il codice per vedere di risolvere, oppure fate in questo modo per .... o meglio ancora seguite questo link e troverete come fareper risolvere....
Hai ragione io non sono nessuno, però non mi comporto così e con questo non voglio alimentare altre polemiche inutili che lasciano il tempo che trovano. Penso che sicuramente la release sia andata in prebeta e che nessuno di coloro che l'ha provata possa essersi accorto del problema, però se tu ti metti da questa altra perte, vedrai che i cattivi pensieri li avresti fatto pure tu. Comunque se puo interessare qualcuno, le ROM di ERVIUS è una delle più belle e funzionali a mio parere ho solo riscontrato qualche bug (prima del fattaccio) sull'istallazione di acrobat reader sia 1 che 2 che non funziona per niente e poi a volte i programmi si chiudevano da soli infine yuotube non va per niente. Bisogna comunque darti atto che alle spalle c'è comunque un grosso lavoro, ma attento con i lavori a pagamento i clienti vogliono maggiori soddisfazioni. comunque adesso basta ho già parlato troppo nel bene e nel male e ricordate una massima di vita: ieri è passato, domani è futuro, ma oggi è un dono quindi vivetelo e non sprecatelo soprattutto per cavolate simili ognuno si assuma le proprie responsabilità se provo una rom non originale e si blocca tutto la colpa è solo mia che l'ho installata non posso scaricare la colpa a nessun altro e di questo sono convinto sin dal primo post.

Ok ervius, nessuno si lamenta del tuo operato, nessuno ti colpevolizza, in fondo non ti fai pagare, però è anche vero che non rispondi a tutti i problemi e ti posso assicurare che il mio problema della fotocamera è fondatissimo e si è manifestato appena ho installato la tua nuova rom di cui si parla in queste pagine. Se mi aiuti a risolvere questo problema sono disposto a pagarti, non pretendo che lo fai gratis. Però è un problema che è derivato certamente dalla tua rom. Ho sentito che anche altri hanno avuto il mio stesso problema proprio con questa tua nuova rom. Io sono abbastanza esperto, non sono un novellino. Ti illustro meglio il problema. La fotocamera posteriore non funziona ed ogni volta che cerco di avviarla dice: "Impossibile avviare la fotocamera. Impossibile inizializzare macchina fotgrafica." mentre quando faccio una videochiamata la fotocamera frontale si accende e funziona ma sembra funzionare solo a 16 colori. Adesso se sei uno sviluppatore serio dovresti rispondere a questo quesito e non ignorarlo come hai fatto finora.

finita una chiamata, il ppc mi si è bloccato, ho levato e rimesso la batteria, riavvio e ca**a si è fatto un HardReset da solo, tutti gli sms, mms, contatti, impostazioni del ppc, tutto perso...

quindi vedendo qui, mi è venuto il dubbio: può essere colpa della release vecchia?
eventualmente qualcuno mi da il link funzionante per scaricare la release v6, nella speranze che non faccia lo stesso danno...

E' dalla prima versione della BlueAngel che ci stiamo sbattendo per renderla migliore e perfetta. Se seguite tutto il thread sicuramente risolvete ogni vostro problema.
Ovviamente penso di parlare a nome di tutto lo staff di ForumHTC chiedendovi di assumere un atteggiamento perlomeno decente, gli ultimi post che ho letto sono quantomeno spaventosi e maleducati.
Scrivo in italiano proprio per facilitare a tutti la comprensione, quindi scusatemi se lo faccio.
n.b. penso che il rompere le palle ad Ervius (od offenderlo) non serva a nulla, le sue rom (come quelle di chiunque) non hanno NESSUN genere di garanzia, quindi nessuna responsabilità da parte di chi le crea.

L'ultimissima versione della rom di Ervius è la 03.18 (versioni Full, Light ed UltraLight) che trovi al link che ho postato qui sopra.
Tutte le altre versioni sono da considerarsi vecchie ed instabili, io seguo lo sviluppo dalla prima BlueAngel e posso assicurarti che le altre versioni soffrivano di numerosi bug, la 3.18 è invece stabilissima.

magari è una ca**ata il problema (parlo da ignorante)...che ne so...qualche chiave di registro sfasata o boh...
Leggi il mio ultimo post su forumHTC, io non ho ancora avuto questo problema e qualche volta il device mi si è impallato ma con un SR si risolveva tutto.

edit: Ervius non fornisce più supporto sulla sua rom, o perlomeno interviene solo su cose che sa dato che ha venduto il Trinity e non può più testare rom su questo device.

Ciao Ervius ho notato che collegando tramite il bluetooth un accessorio,nel comm manager rimane la clessidra che impedisce la disconnessione.
E' possibile risolverlo?

I had a p3600 with ervius 3.18 for long time. Great rom.

Now I have a diamond, and i've see that the great ervius made a rom for it. But the links on rapidshare don't work.

Can anyone tell me the correct link?

Ora però ho un diamond e ho visto che il grande ervius aveva "cucinato" una rom per tale dispositivo. Purtroppo però ho visto che i link su rapidshare non funzionano.

I'm (almost) in crisis.
I bought a Trinity one week ago Lasagna-precooked and decided to change its rom. I read before all the guides i found on the net to be sure.
So i decided to try the Ervius 3.18 rom and it worked flawlessly. Then i tried to flash the Claros 3.51 rom to compare it against the Ervius one and to make it work the activesync over bluetooth function (the only thing not working in the Ervius one).

The problem is that after this flashing the phone starts correctly but the today screen appears locked, and the strange thing is that in background windows mobile functions correctly, i.e. i can install spb shell through activesync and when the phone restarts the spb shell is sully functional, i can launch programs etc, but the start menu is still LOCKED and the GSM indicator shows "!". Finally when i call the phone on the calling side i hear it ringing while actually the phone shows no activity.
It's like something in the kernel process gone wrong at startup.

The real problem is that even if i reflash it back to the Ervius rom this
problem remains!!!
I used always MTTY to clean the rom before flashing.
Any ideas?

Ragazzi sono (quasi) in crisi.
Ho acquistato il gioiellino (usato) una settimana fa, già precotto con la Lasagna... Ecco per proseguire la metafora mi sa di aver aggiunto troppa besciamella :-), mi spiego:
Gironzolando per provare altre (e + performanti) ROM, ho trovato dapprima quella di Ervius (che però ho letto che non ha + il Trinity e quindi ha interrotto lo sviluppo + di 1 anno fa) e poi questa di Claros, sempre non aggiornatissima, a causa dei problemi di forza maggiore che ha avuto (a proposito, gli mando tutta la mia solidarietà, per quello che può valere), ma cmq più nuova e più gettonata.

Fatta la premessa il problema è questo:
flashata la Ervius 3.18, nessun problema, rom ottima e veloce ma non mi funzionava l'activesync over bluetooth, per cui ho letto che invece la claros lo supportava e ho flashato questa.
Risultato: il palmare parte ma il today screen è totalmente bloccato, la cosa strana è che se installo (via activesync) spb mobile shell, questa parte e funziona correttamente, TUTTI i programmi che lancio funzionano correttamente lanciati dalla shell, ma il menu start resta bloccato e l'antenna GPS mi segnala ! (errore).
La cosa bella è che chiamandomi il telefono squilla (dalla parte del chiamante) ma non vedo nessuna segnalazione nel palmare. In pratica è come se si fosse bloccato uno dei processi base di windows per cui l'hw sotto funziona ma non riesce a comunicare con il s.o.

Ho provato a rimettere la Ervius e purtroppo il problema resta identico anche con quella, per cui non capisco cosa sia successo. Ho aggiornato infine la radio rom (dalla 1.38 alla 1.46.00.11) ma stessa roba.

Ovviamente prima di flashare ho sempre fatto la formattazione via MTTY (task 28 & co) che mi ha sempre detto 0 settori danneggiati.

Qualcuno ha qualche idea??

Beh, da nessun link si riesce a scaricare la ROM di ervius... io sono riuscito a trovare solo la 3.18, non male, forse qualche bug nel ricevere gli SMS che a volte non mi suona, e lo fa solo quando premo il pulsante dello standby per accendere il display, ma ho letto che c'è anche la versione 4 della rom, ma non sono riuscito a reperirla da nessuna parte, qualcuno di voi mi può indicare dove scaricarla, visto che la reputo un'ottima rom, soprattutto in fatto di grafica...
