Marine Weather or Weather app with Tide info?

I've tried searching..

Does anyone know if there is a weather app that gives either marine weather or just tide information? I'm trying to make my dad's transition to a smart phone easier, by giving him reasons to use it.

Don't know if tides are included but http://fizzsoftware.com/products/traveller/traveller.html is pretty comprihensive. Not freeware but has a trail I think.
