Error 150: ROM upgrade utility error

I have a problem with my pocket PC. When I try to load a new ROM, it tells me that my pocket PC is not compatible. I definitely have a blue angel, and I am definitely trying to upgrade using a blue angel ROM RUU_BA_xplode_WWE_6.11.00.rar. Can anybody make any suggestions?

The error message I get from the upgrade utility is;

Error 150: ROM upgrade utility error

This ROM upgrade utility does not designed for your device. Please get proper ROM upgrade utility and try again

My solution for this was to take it to my son's machine which has xp on, it upgraded tl 6.1 no problem. (I did try to follow the instructions in the wiki for upgrading to using vista, but I must have got them wrong).
