help me please ,my lcd display can not show real colors

please help me
i remove my ppc battery when that on and gett it back i see my lcd can not show real colors (you can see on pic)
first it happen 2 monts ago and thats right automaticaly on 2 days
now it happen for second and dont know what i gonna do?:(

Has it been dropped? The screens are easy to replace and cost very little. I cracked my Prophet screen a while back and it only took 20-30 mins to repair... would have been quicker if I used the correct tools!! :)

no not droped yet
i just remove the battery
i think that was electrical shock to my device
but i dont know what part
the touch of device working just cant show colors
