I have a new Sprint Mogul, I just find out I CAN NOT SEND PICTURES:confused:. Will a new ROM help?

It will depend on your data package with Sprint but you should be able to send MMS message to attach picture or video. You might need a better MMS/SMS client to be able to attach pictures. Not sure on the Sprint but Verizon has ArcSoft app that works great.
