Red "END CALL" button paint is chipped. Is it possible to touch up?

I am curious if there is a way to touch up with some red or dark orange paint the red "end call" button. Do you know what paint and how to do it? I know it's possible to dismantle the whole thing and replace the buttons - but that looks too much.

Just paint it...go to a Hobbie Shop to get a small brush & match the paint! good luck.
