Install I.E. mobile from 6.1

Is it possible to just install the new internet explorer mobile (from 6.1 rom) alone or do I have to update to 6.1 to get it? I don't want to update to 6.1 for many reasons so just an install of IE mobile would be ideal. I like Opera Mina a lot but I don't like having to run it through the Java console every time (It takes too long to get going). I'm trying Picsel right now but it has memory issues and it's really slow.

Here you go. enjoy. This has saved me so much time. Once you setup your icon for the first time, after flashes you won't have to mess with it anymore. Just copy the shortcut over.
