HTC Diamond running dual ROMS?

Hey, is it possible for the Diamond to run dual ROMS(eg. having two ROMS on your phone and choosing one to boot, like a pc having two operating systems)?

maybe for branded phones? easier to switch back to the original stock firmware without flashing it back for warranty reasons...
can't really see a porpouse for anything else here..

Maybe have one stable rom and a beta rom for testing

If dualboot was possible, I'd have my favourite cooked ROM and a linux version to fiddle around till it works someday ;)
