newer version of microsoft net compact framework

As above, anyone know how i can update this?
when i try to use some apps an error message occurs stating that i need a newer version of compact framework

any ideas?

search over this forum or google for .NET Compact Framework 3.5 (this is the latest version I know, Diamond comes with 2.0 by default), download it on your PC and install it having your Diamond connected to the PC via ActiveSync. Program will install and automatically generate CAB's for your Diamond, transfer it on the phone and start install on it. Just follow the instructions after that

The problem is i dont have access to active sync at the moment, i use a mac :(
Apparently theres a way to install it on the phone without active sync?

had a look at that one, the rapid share one doesnt work for me and i didnt look at the megaupload one properly, sorry guys!
installing the new network comapact wont wipe anything will it?
