Hướng dẫn up ROM - Up ROM Guides:
- Máy bạn đã được HardSPL trước khi up ROM.
- Your Kaiser must be HardSPL before up ROM.
- Bản ROM chỉ có Operating System, không có Radio.
- This ROM just has Operating System only, no Radio.
- Download và giải nén với password bên dưới. Kết nối máy với PC qua USB.
- Download and extract with the password below. Connecting Kaiser with PC through USB.
- Chạy file KaiserCustomRUU.exe và làm theo các bước hướng dẫn trên màn hình => máy về trạng thái BootLoader và chờ loading 100% => máy tự reset là đã có ROM mới.
- Running file KaiserCustomRUU.exe and following step by step on the windows => Kaiser run BootLoader state and loading 100% => Kaiser auto reset and you have new ROM.

I'm seeing trouble with the Start Menu. I just flashed the ROM and have not installed anything yet.

I went to Settings->Menu and changed which applications are on the Start Menu. I'm seeing errors with this. Currently I have

Today
Games
Calendar
contacts
Phone
Total Commander
-----
Programs
Settings

when I click TC, it launches phone
when I launch phone, I get "link not found"
when I pick Contacts , I get "link not found"
when I pick Games, I get Calendar

Settings works.

So I reduced it to

Today
Total Commander
----
Programs
Settings

Now I can't even get settings or programs

I can get to Programs thru the Launcher (HTC Home)

Finally gave up (any way to force into Settings??) and hard-reset

Thinking it might be the Large Start Menu.. I disabled that.. I then changed some items, didn't see them show up, so I soft-reset and all seems good.

Off to play some more with this and see what I find.

LOVE the look of the ROM. Very clean and very sexy.

HATE: (1) Start menu changes require a reboot; (2) Start menu Windows icon disappears every now and then; (3) the ugly-ass dialer.

Thanks for the ROM and hope to see some of these issues addressed soon.

Thanks... but I never liked ESM anyway :) So I was just as happy to disable it, but figured a bug was a bug so I would report it to help others.

EDIT: another bug... on the dialer.. I have no text for the left soft-key. The space is blank. I detest dialers that don't have a direct link to Contacts. :(

Great rom but I can't get any version of Opera to work. They all start loading and stop.

I've only tried Opera 1938 and it works fine for me.

I have the same issue

And the Copy and Paste not appearing until you navigate away and back bug is still in this ROM like the previous

Also, I got Opera to work you need to go to the website and install the newest BETA

the soft answer keys do not work when trying to answer the phone. anyone else have this problem.

Oh, it's just because HTC TouchDual Dialer is not perfect, so it do not show the text but the button still there. You can use softkey or hard button to Answer or Ignore.
Up to now, I still find the perfect Dialer support 3G for Kaiser, do you have any ideas!?
