Tmobile Compact IV rom flashing emergency

hello all ,
i m a new coming internatinal student in Netherlands. I signed a new compact IV phone from Tmobile with dutch system. and in fact i know little dutch, so without doubt i went back home and flash the rom immediatly.
BTW, i have some flashing rom experience before.

spl, flash latest version of cooked rom and radio.unfortunately, although i did the correct job and complete the flashing work, there is big trouble.

everytime i turn it on ,just a few minutes later, the machine cant work any more,, i cant do anything and others cant call in as well ,

and i went to the tmobile shop for help ,and they told me it ilegal for flashing rom and they cant help me ,if possible ,just backup to the dutch sys...

what should i do ,i want to konw the reason my phone cant work....anyone help me???

flash your rom again ,it could be a bad flash ...
