HTC YouTube QVGA WWE and CHT fixed playing videos version

Hello everyone,

LeoLeo and I are working on Chinese Version M2D now ,
My YouTube is working normal , but some people said the same file cannot play videos on their devices.

I took a little time and found out why they cannot play videos...
so.....made this file for all people use......


This is WWE version , other Language please change the MUI...

attachment pictures is 0404 version , not WWE version...
but it looks similer....

update:
still need the Dshow files at Rom...
but this may need cooker placed inside rom.

so i will try not to give a dumb answer.
wwe = world wide english
and CHT = i dont know but it should stand for chinese.

Thanks! The only WWE i know is wrestling. The YouTube file didn't work on my Sprint Touch

I deleted my Dshow and Cook a new ROM , and all videos cannot play.
maybe Dshow is another key point , like other Thread said.

anyway ... this is my Dshow....
must put within cooking rom , cannot install by CABs.

what if i just copied the PACKAGE diamond files to the right places ?
GSFinder+ can force switching the files.

No go on Touch Elfin, still can not play video.

Do you have by any chance this file: HTCDShowMode.dll
I hope that file will fix the problem, but i first need to find/get it.

Hi, it does not work for me either. I am running it on a wizard with the latest TNT rom on it. it does find the vids but does not play them.

You have an error in the .rgu file from Package_Dshow
Regedit4 is in there 2 times
