New OZ messenger for Wing?

hey guys, I tried searching for this but all the cabs i found are the old wizard OZ messengers.

does tmobile have a new OZ Messenger that supports MSN?
and is it for the wing?
or is the MSN version only for ATT?
can someone please link me to the CAB for it?
