Wizard stuck in Bootloader

hey guys help me out here

i upgraded my ipl/spl to 3.08 and den wen flashing touchflo rom it had an error at 99% saying communication error ...

now wen i did da recovery and tried to reflash it .... in the bootloader when i insert the usb cable and start the upgrade utility the active sync disappears and den it shows an error the check da connection ...

can anyone tell me whats wrong and what to do

Search on wiki or just try this... reset your PC, dont run any other program on your PC neither the internet explorer neither the file explorer please then... sof reset your device, don't do a hard reset! remember just softreset. even if the activesync is not workind put your wizard in bootloader rgb screen and conect it via usb.... wait a little to see in PPC screen usb in a little letters at bottom... then start the upgrade original ROM to back to ipl/spl 3.08... are you sure that your device is cid sim unlocked?

download the Wizard service tool to check it please.... then retry the upgrade touchflo...
