Media Net and MMS

Are MMS sent through media net? I cannot send or recieve pics on my tilt. I called tech support and they told to get a new tilt. I rather not since most of my software is all custom set up. I think it may have to do with media net becasue i deleted it so i won;t get charged connecting. I use wifi. So can anyone tell me how to fix this or how medianet is set up under connections options so i can add it agian?
