Obviously did something wrong in the ROM upgrade. I was trying to install Hard SPL, and it said it wasn't compatible with my phone's SW version - and now it won't switch on, which I find odd. Any ideas?

Have you tried to flash an original ROM already?
EDIT: That won't do if you can't switch your Diamond on.....

I have the Same problem .
Do you try Volume down + reset to go to bootloader ?

That's the problem when you don't have an SD card port. If the hard reset doesn't help, I guess that the solution would be to use something like mtty.

Hi everybody! never give up, you can always repair it: try to find your original rom, connect your diamond to your computer, put it in bootloader and lunch rom update utility. Normaly it will work, i repared my last elfin doing that.
tell me if it work!

take the battery out for 30 sec, put it back, press volume down + power button and press with you stylus reset. If it goes in Boot loader Connect it to your USB and load the new rom!
Hope that helps!
