Jawbone 2 sync issues

just got a jawbone 2 but it wont sync with my tilt...

i charged it fully and set it to pairing mode then searched new devices on my tilt but it cant find anything..

what can i do ?!

If you have definitely followed the instructions properly, return it. Mine paired with no problems whatsoever.
