Progress bar turns red while flashing

i am having this weird problem that everytime i starts to flash a rom the progress bar turns red at 99% and fter 3 minutes error 302 comes.

i succeeded to flash the minis rom once but u could go through the alignment screen it keeps on coming ...

the same problem is coming over and over again and i cant flash any rom

help me here

There is a way to upgrade without the RUU by miniSD search for it... it must be somewhere like a solution of stuck in splash screen.
