Kostas... what do you still don't understand?
I have explained to you twice already what is what, your video is only confirmation of what I told you earlier <rolleyes>

As I told you, this is your 1st Boot Splash
2
http://img140.imageshack.us/img140/9632/31772441tj9.png
and as I suspected, this is exactly your 2nd Boot Splash

you see it being animated? - as I told you (again) Im 100% sure is \Windows\animated.gif - aka startup animation
4
http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/2186/14254461mm5.png
and this is ( again - as I told you ) \Windows\welcomehead.96.png aka startup splash
I already explained to you few weeks ago what are and where are these files and gave you solution for 1,3,4 (I don't know how you managed to load #2 on kaiser! ) so Im not going to repeat myself again for 3rd time.
Why did you make another thread about it?

install this its 888 work http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=107320&d=1219207564
see if it helps
to change the "startup splash screen" creat a picture 240x320 pixel 96dpi save it in .png and rename in welcomehead.96.png. what u did was creat 2 splash screens. Try flashing another splash screen go here for one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=334907&highlight=splash or http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=338779&highlight=splash that might help
888 said it better and he has a nice splash and boot screen simulation look for it

my problem is #2 i want to remove this.. i want to have #1->#3->#4
But I told you already quick-fix: use older htc rom tool (the one with more than 1 boot splash option available for kaiser, whereas newer htc rt has only 1 boot splash option) and make a rom with 2 same splashes for #1 and #2.
/edit: in case you still don't get it:
it will go this way: #1 -> #1 -> #3 -> #4
hence to your eyes it will look like #1->#3->#4
There, I wrote it for the 3rd time, damn it :)
Just overwrite it with same splash as you use for #1 and you won't see difference.
To "remove" #2 (for example) you'll need to use maybe MTTY and "free" (zero-out) the memory addresses where your second boot splash is, but you have to know it, and anyways I don't think you can do it yourself. I wouldn't recommend anyone less-knowledgeable to play with mtty because it is really excellent "professional" tool, and because of that it is very easy to really completely brick your device if you don't know what you're doing; and unfortunately I can't think of how else you can "remove" it, at least I haven't seen any "app to remove boot splashes".
Search for:
boot splash
boot screen replacements
MTTY commands
etc
also search Hermes forums for the same, as it often happened on those to have 2 boot splashes (2nd boot splash from operator, so here is another hint for you what to search for.
Use your head...
Im sure if you'll just search you'll find all your answers, don't start another thread over and over :D
BTW:
If youre too lazy then me or perhaps someone else can do it for you (of course depending how you value their time... :D ).
@srsaleenstang
Thank you!
Im very happy when someone like my work :)
