Description
Minesweeper for Pocket PC is a FREE game runs on Windows Mobile 5, 6 and 6.5 with tactile screen.
it has a multi-language interfaces include 10 languages, 4 different levels to face.

it will be a nice game when you spend your spare time on the bus, metro or trains on your way work/home.

requires .NET Compact Framework 2.0 or up. but if you have a WM6+, no need to install it.

Installation Guide:
1. Download the cab file
2. Copy the downloaded cab file to your phone
3. Launch it from your phone
4. follow instructions
5. enjoy. the setup program will create a short cut in your Programs/Games folder

i tried it in a diamond 1.93 rom and a Touch Dual original french SFR. it works fine.

it is wrote in C#, so a .NET compact framework 2.0 is required.

Copy *.exe directly to TD and run.

It works with SwiftBL ROMs.

Hi again, another week end. so i can do nothing for work but let my game runs better. and, yes, i'm sure it is much better than the first version.

Now, that's it. try it now and send me feedbacks. about icon, for instance, i stole the icon of Windows Vista, so i think M$ can keep its copyright on that icon.

i still confused about the installation CAB file, i made the cab file in VS2008, the file is ok, but after installation, no localized resources in the folder, so The CAB file doesn't have the multi-language support, but there is also a ZIP file that contains all resources. so i still have something to learn.

so if you don't need french or chinese, you can download the cab version, it will install and create the shortcut. otherwize, unzip all files in the zip file, copy to the phone then you can run it. you must have the .NET CF 2.0 to launch it, but all WM6 phones have it.

i found 2 bug:
- if i put all flags for the mines and see that i was wrong, its not possible any more to delete one flag and put it to another field because the button for the flag is disabled.
- sometimes says i am in the highscores, but i am surely not.

I would love to get hold on the newest version! Just installed an old version and I like it a lot. Btw, is there any chance you'll make so I can still see the WM start menu - ie not a fullscreen app? Option or not... just dislike fullscreen apps for tiny games like this brilliant one.

look at the first thread, i have updated this program.
there are no more zip version but a CAB version, and the default mine number for custom level is 25. i tested it on my diamond: 2.03 WWE, localisation FR-FR. it works.

maybe try to reinstall it with the CAB version,
if it doesn't work, please delete the keys in the registry, placed on the folder HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/x_sliver/

Great game, i've been looking for a decent minesweeper porting for a while and now i found this, thanks. It would be perfect having a "permanent" flag button: i press 1 time the flag button, i put lots of flags and than i disable it.

btw, Squere screens are not supported now.

It seems to me the security settings of the device.
I can add a zip package to download list this evening of who met the same issue can try the zip version.
An security warning will appear at the first launch, accept it and everything gonna be fine.

i have also a HD, and it works well.
you can try the ZIP version and extract files to anywhere in your phone.

I face the same problem with another of my app, i want to figure out whether it is tied with package signature and/or phone settings.
