Issues with the iconbar on rick wyatts vanilla version of kavana mobile 6.1 final

i have an issue where it doesnt matter what profile im on it always shows the vibrate icon. the only exception is sient where it shows the silent icon. can somebody please help me fix this problem?

I am running the Vanilla, never had this problem..

Did you try turning the vibrate on, the off again to see if it would reset itself?

yes ive tried that several times and it still shows the vibrate icon... i also had this problem with rick wyatts remake of kavanas 6.1 final with opera full version and it did the same thing...
