Diamond restarting

Hi,

Rom version: 1.93.456.2 WWE
ExtROM version: 1.93.456.21

Problem A, back light never turned off , sett back light to turned off after 10 seconds, after 10 second its dim a bit but never off.

Problem B, after several minutes, the handset restart it self.

I didn't find any way to overcome problem A, to avoid problem B i activate the ability to luck the device after few minuts, but then, the back light nevre turned off so the battery ends very fast.

Please advice.
