radio and diamonunlo

got quick question as i can not find answer i unlocked my rom by changing the radio and using diamond unlocker could i change to any radio and still be unlocked or do i need to keep this radio ?

ok put on hk wwe htc firmware and phone still unlocked seems to be a permanent unlock
