these are RAW files, i don't know what to do with these. who can .nbh these for us?

i know someone is going to do this effortlessly, but for the rest of us for now...i found this.

ok, stop here. Now run "dmp2pkg dump"; this command creates the two folders "SYS" and "OEM". When the process is completed browse into these folders, you should have all the OS files in package format. At this point you can delete dump folder and imgfs_raw_data.bin (if you want)

NBHExtract by pof (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=289830)


Extract Pharos Kitchen tool in some place (eg. \Pharos\DIY)
Go to "\Pharos\DIY\Build" and rename "OEM" and "SYS" folder to "OEM.old", "SYS.old".
Copy your originals "OEM" and "SYS" folders to "\Pharos\DIY\Build" and leave it there...

Now you need the OS.nb from the official ROM. This file is inside RUU_signed.nbh.

Right click on RUU_Pharos_DOPODASIA_WWE_1.11.707.1_4.1.13.59_03.1 5.90_BLUE_Ship.exe that you have downloaded and choose "Open with WinRAR" or "Winzip --> Open with winzip" and extract RUU_Signed.nbh in some place, put NBHExtract.exe in the same place.
Open an MS-DOS window here and run "nbhextract ruu_signed.nbh".

Some files will be extracted:

Copy 04_OS.nb in "\Pharos\DIY\Build\ROM" folder and rename it to OS.nb.
Go to "OEM.old" folder and copy "OEMXIPKERNEL" folder to "OEM" folder.
Go to "SYS.old" folder and copy "MSXIPKernel" and "MSXIPKernelLTK" folders to "SYS" folder.

OK at this point you can build your ROM.

Go to DIY folder, double click on "1.BuildOS.bat" and start the process by clicking green arrow.
When done close BuildOS and launch "2.CreateOS.bat".
When done launch "3.htcROMTool.bat".

If its all ok you should have ruu_signed.nbh in "\Pharos\DIY\flash" folder, just run "ROMUpdateUtility.exe" and update your device.


Note that your device must have HardSPL (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=398726) patch for flash this ROM

NO IT WONT.... It has been discussed million times before. The EURO version is DIAM100 and the US version is DIAM110. They have different 3G antennas.PERIOD. U can switch ROms and Radios back and forth but you wont UMTS unless you have the hardware. Best thing you might get is enabled 850band. Thats it.

Long story short, US Rom and radio wont enable 850 umts on Euro version.

You want proof?? I was one of the first early adopters of the DIAM100 when it first came out. I have able to enable the 850 band GSM but not UMTS. No one I mean no one was able to enable the 850 UMTS on the Euro using different radios including the US radio version. Using the same radio and rom on the Euro 3G works fine and same radio and Rom on the US 3G doesnt work... How do you explain that???

Thanks for the proof based on the Skyline, it makes perfect sense now. RB26DETT block in the R33 != RB26DETT block in the R34.

Yes you need to buy the US version of the Diamond which is Diam110. Other then that you will only get Edge speeds.

so I have a Sprint Diamond and my model # is DIAM500...what does this mean? all you guys are talkin about 100 and 110. How does this ROM differ from Sprint's stock one? plus, is someone trying to put this in RUU form yet?
