No Imei No Sim After Downgrading

I really got big trouble.

After downgrading to the Germany ROM (GER_RC2270807B2), my xda comet shows no imei, no Sim, no radio (not ready)???

How can I restore??? Now the phone run smoothly but cannot make calls.

Everyone pls help!!! :(:(:(

Thank you for answering me. But your problem is for Atom Exec. Mine Atom comet.

During upgrading process, I just met 3 steps :

+ Update OS
+ Update Extended ROM
+ Update MOT1-8, and finish.

I have tried all but still cannot recover the problem. And I also sent the phone for checking hardware problems, but nothing bad.
I think just the German original ROM can help. But noone have this ROM in their hands.

I got this problem because I tried to put German flash.dio + exrom into English ROM. And....
