YES you have right i Want to Deleted more files first must found how to Delete the Camera Drivers because is old one
i Fix all ready change the Main screen and you don't need a cab for it
I try know to Delete the "Clear Storage" I think is not necessary because you can have e Hard reset with hard buttons
if any one know How remove something or how create folder inside on Start -> Programs tell me
because is to many programs there and we want folder Like: tools, Internet , Position ...

i didnt try making folders in it

your going the right way
but i want to ask something can the extended rom of the kaiser be removed
or the non accessable memory be used to increase the space

one more thing why are most kasier roms the ram usage is around 50 percent

thx and your rom is super fast and super stable and i cant find bugs to report actually its running like a charm
but my suggestion is try to delete anything that looks un important :D so we can get the light rom

there you can found one file import it to advance config and tell me if you have better result of battery

50% of ram? i think this use only the 33% 62 from 92 is free
but the rom of kaiser is heavy bevause have to much drivers for camera. real keyboard...

OK, my "limit" on rapidshare is exceeded again (so much for "free" hosting, isnt it? and someone just told me few days ago they don't have such practice anymore LOL).
Cant download now, I'll give it a try when I get home.
Unless someone want to drop it off to any filesharing sites whre they don't count kilobytes per IP...

P.S. I think you are the first cook to claim 0 issue on a rom even thru there are lot of unsolvable issues issue introduced at the new 6.1 rom. :eek:

for other rom have to tell you this:
all the rom out there for kaiser have base or this 3.29 or the older 3.28 or the 3.55 from ATT or mix from 3.29+3.55 so i think you mean with new build and new OS the first haven,t any good change mayb including something like new flash 3.1 or new PIE is not something importantothes make the deference but more than half new OS out there is fake have change the number only nothing else like OS 20.748

Yes...I unfortunately had to hard reset, then it worked fine.
Let me tell you that I love your ROM and all the extra memory--very efficient and clean. I ended up adding Manilla 2D + many other programs and still have a little over 100mb of RAM left!!! Thank you. Beautiful work!

It appears I have the same issues with your ROM as I did with ROmeOS. Apperaently, I am the only one, but the screen becomes non responsive, after only a few hours. I've tried SPl 3.29, and 3.56, flashing back to stock rom, and spl, then flashing the rom. I did this with yours and ROMeOS. I did all this because I love How fast and clean they are :(:( So i had to go to akadonny's ROm, not as fast but not having that issue

I'm very pleased with your rom.

I tried the emo radio but I had alot of lagging and some lockups. I changed to 1.65.17.56 and so far so good.

Did I miss something? What was the sound problem anyway?

i Cooking something new but i don't see feedback from users..
already the v1.6.5 have it downloaded from 10 users nobody want to share experience with US:(
maybe for this reason i do not Upload the V2 when this is ready :(

I think you need to wait a little. People download from work for example but don't flash the device immediately. Others do but haven't tested the thing yet. Another factor is that people post faster when they find a problem rather then when they are just happy :)

I already have tons of custom changes (PT config for MMS, Internet, etc plus appointments and contacts) so I need to find a way to back this up before flashing 1.6.5

Btw, I do have one suggestion... about the HTC Home. Could you cook the custom one next time so that the user can choose which tabs he wants by changing the registry? Its because the weather tab (although nice) is always trying to access the internet through 3G and costing me a few $$. I wouldn't mind having "home", "speed dial", "Player", "Launcher" and "Profile" only.

As I know that each and everyone likes something else, I believe that that version would be probably better don't you agree?

Oh and one more thing... maybe manila as an option would be nice too. :D

Just tested the niki radio... wow. While I was speaking to one of the vodafone assistants (I'm trying to solve a problem I'm posting on another thread) I could even hear the girl breathing while she was typing on her keyboard. Very nice :D

I still have to test battery consumption with this new radio.

About the rom itself. Like I said, close to perfection. No lockups, nothing.

Another idea: cook a gps test app into it (simple and small) so we can know if our gps rx is working.

You can remove guickgps for what I care.

ok i take pm but i see only one link for elfin look like very good but i see have htc home inside so is take rom if you have this and manila2d also

i working now to 20755 but found problem to start the rom stack i splash screen but i have allready create one with my build and with OS 20755
also working to change folder icon inside in the programas folder

Its because the weather tab (although nice) is always trying to access the internet through 3G and costing me a few $$. I wouldn't mind having "home", "speed dial", "Player", "Launcher" and "Profile" only.

As I know that each and everyone likes something else, I believe that that version would be probably better don't you agree?

Oh and one more thing... maybe manila as an option would be nice too. :D

Just tested the niki radio... wow. While I was speaking to one of the vodafone assistants (I'm trying to solve a problem I'm posting on another thread) I could even hear the girl breathing while she was typing on her keyboard. Very nice

I still have to test battery consumption with this new radio.

About the rom itself. Like I said, close to perfection. No lockups, nothing.

Another idea: cook a gps test app into it (simple and small) so we can know if our gps rx is working.

You can remove guickgps for what I care.

i flash the OEM Rom and MMS haven't problem.. so is my problem i have deleted something important for the MMS i try to install 1 of 2 this cabs if this working i try to remove MMS from the rom and we install 1 of 2 cabs more easy and good to remove from searching for the missing file :p

i think not because install the same registry so when the device start read the same things.. but is better to test it..

Same here man, I think I've flashed every single ROM on this forum already, mostly several times with different SPL's and ROM's and I must say this is the first that makes the keyboard work like a charm on SPL3.29 and the advised radio on my HTC TYTN II...

The free RAM is incredible, and the speed and battery life seem very good (still on 1.65). I'm changing to 2.0 today because I can't leave well enough alone.

Ive been using V2.0 since last night and thought i would give some initial feedback...

Firstly, its very stable, ive installed all my normal apps, setup my phone the way i like it and ive had no issues, no freezing, no random resets, no need to rest, nothing like that! Great job on the stability!

Secondly, its clean and i like that, its not bloated like alot of other ROMS, with tons of software ill never use!

Thirdly, the only issue ive noted, which im not sure is necessarily linked to your ROM (might be wm6.1) is that the change from potrait to landscape and back again is a little slow... Ive turned the sliding sound off, but there is still a very noticeable pause when its changing from potrait to landscape and back again!

That all ive got so far :)

I wanted a clean install so i flashed over my version 2.0 with 2.1 yesterday!

I see your first language is not english, but in english we have a saying "no news is good news" :) So dont worry too much about not having a lot of feedback... If people are angry or want to moan... They will make themselves heard, the fact that they arent, means your ROMS are working well!

I do agree with you that people should be giving you thanks though and everyone who uses and likes the ROM should at least say thank you for your hard work!!!!

I for one have used 3 of your ROMs now and with all the new 1s released every week, i havent felt the need to leave your ROMs! They are clean and quick and leave me all the room i want for customization and i like this alot :) I am yet to find a bug with ROMs (except for the slow re-orientation on keyboard slide out, but i really dont think its your ROMs fault), they have been stable and reliable and thats the biggest issue for me :)

So thank you for your hard work!!! Please dont stop making ROMs, i for 1 am a very big fan!!!!!!! :D

I installed last night and I am impressed. Seems pretty speedy, I have installed my full stable of apps that I like having on there and so far so good. here's the few issues I've run up against

I tried installing the pcarvalho TF2D Digital Clock cab and i wasn't able to get back into touchflo after a reboot. I had this same problem with HD Rom, so its probably more of an issue with Manilla than your rom.

I can't play any videos from my album...but I think you mentioned that already.

And one really nitpicky thing, when you first load the rom, after the screen calibration and everything, the lettering telling you to tap the screen to begin is black on a black b/g. you might want to consider changing the b/g. not a huge deal, just something I noticed.

All in all its a very nice manilla version. Good job (that being said I think I am going to ditch manilla).

PS - I believe the alignment screen font can be changed as I remember that version 1.6.4b had white lettering. Maybe b16b can change that to cope with the black background and save me the hassle of redesigning. :p

this is crazy.. why do not flash the niki radio 1.65.24.36 :eek:
flash again the rom nobody have problem with sound or with mp3 or with volume..
also you find why you can't flash the radio..

Your cab didn't work. The VIRTUAL keyboard changed. But the sliding keyboard not.
For accent and special consoants (i.e. ç) a press the letter (ie c) then press Fn and space... but nothing happens so far

The only time that I experienced lag was when I added Manilla 2D. I went through the 10 step program and lo and behold--lag. I thought it was the Rom (since many run w/ Manilla)-I changed over to a your latest naked rom, and installed only the BARE cab files-(had to go one by one to see which one affected screen response). Now Manilla works great, there's NO LAGGING, and I still have 120 megs of storage.

Hard reset doesn't remove the rom. You still will have manilla. I honestly only tried ME V1.0 for about 2 hours and don't remember if I tested the hard keyboard.

Flash AthineOS V2.2 and try it... it HAS to work (it does on mine).

With Home V2.2 I installed the T9 portuguese and for my suprise what happended? The accents disapears even I put Portugal on Regional Settings (My regional setting is Brasil)

I've isntalled the portuguese keyboard and fix and on V2.2 its working perfectly.... :confused:

Here is the sym file... not that I can see how this can help though... Its the same as installed by b16b fix.

i don't cook any skin on Manila default keyboard because i have cook the Opal Keyboard but is not default you must choice it

if tonight if i stay Home i try to recook the Manila!!

I agree the you bomber. I think he is on the right track seperating the fluff from the core OS. I don't understand why more people dont do that. So far AthineOS is the only rom that lets me be a minimalist if wanted.

i have one base with nothing extra..
for the v2.2 adding HHOME ,opal comm manager, mms , task manager and more
for manila adding manila and all other things...

but i want one light version for v2.2 and if you want something extra can you will add after

and one manila more full... but my Manila still light and fast also..

(this is the reason who the v2.2 have 62mb free and Manila 57.5MB all the other Manila roms have 47-50MB free)

I just downloaded and look forward to trying this ROM...the fact that I haven't much about it is a good thing to me...means that there are likely not any bugs or otherwise.

I will test it and report back, but from what I can tell, I don't think i'll have many bugs to report

Okay, after testing for 1/2 a day and loading most of my apps, I don't have a single issue!

Great rom b16b, I still have to load iGo and MSCV, but otherwise, this rom is FAST!

If anything more, I will post, but I may even move over to Manila, because the thing that was stopping me was the speed, but however you did it, you have made a speed freak of a rom.

no not working.. and also if found rom to work with it still have problems like vibration and others..

Yes, me...

I first thought it could be due to some programs but then I did a hard reset and the problem still is there.

If anyone can test this:

Test 1

Open messaging -> Menu -> new MMS

Click on add image. When you choose the image, it will say unsupported format.

Test 2

Go directly into your picture folder, right click on a image and choose send. Then choose MMS account. It will say, once again, format unsupported

Test 3

Make a friend send you a MMS. It will download though 3G and display the message but without any pic attached (although message size is 180K+

I believe it has something to do with file extensions but not sure.

Yes the good thing is that this ROM is really fast. The phone instance is still running after I end the call doesn't really seem to degrade the performance, so it is not an important issue. :)

i don't have time to check the problem.. but if you close with X the phone then the phone app close if you push the red button (No) still running.. because close only the call not the program

(altough we can configure for any application to close after clicking X button, currently my phone was configured that holding X button to close application - but the correct behaviour in my opinion regardless the setting for X button, for phone instance clicking X button should close the phone instance)

if you go to settings system task manager buttons you can chose with one simple tap on X button the program close.. or with long press

or in today screen press in top right corner the two lines after tap the tools icon "with this way go to task manager directly" and tap the button and change your settings :rolleyes:

the answer is yes you can improve the battery life with schapps advance config
and yes come with opal comm manager if you see the picture in first post you can see it.
