Help: all of the softkeys stop working

I've had Ricky's v24 WM 6.1 with SmartToolkit R9 working on my Dash for a couple of months now. For the most part everything seemed to be fairly stable. Occasional soft reboot I don't mind. I installed NRG Chome Weather 3.1 Classic.cab yesterday and like the display features. However, severally times within a day, SmartToolkit dies (I can still handle that). What bugs me a lot is that the 4 softkeys (home, back, left and right) become none functional. I don't know how to reboot without these keys and always ended up having to open the cover and disconnect the battery. Any suggestions on how to fix any of these problems?

You want SmartToolkit RC08 (http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?nnqql2mjwyd) it's known to be more stable give it a try.
