I am using radio 1.58 and not sure if really Athena can manage HSUPA. I have turn on the option of HSUPA/HSDPA in Advance settings, but after soft reset it comes into only HSDPA.

By that my question is if some person is running HSUPA with Athena, why they are sure using it -how detect, maybe the speed- and what rom/radio are using.

thanks.

the U and the D stand for Upload and Download so HSUPA/HSDPA means high speed upload and download.

it works for me all the time, it is automatic

it is either H icon, 3G icon, or E icon

depending on the signal quality

On all the time for me, never turns itself off. Constant H on the screen, like AllGamer.

I don't think the device supports HSUPA, only HSDPA. The maximum speeds should be 7,2 Mbps down and 384 Kbps up.
