Interesting (and Annoying) Problem with Hard SPL

Hi guys...

I been trying for a few days to get a hard SPL on my phone. What is happening is it is going through the process and the phone comes up with the 0% as if it is going to load, but then it hangs there and eventually the PC times out and says it lost the connection. Error 262.

Any ideas how to get around this? :( I have tried every method I can find on here, same thing for all of them. Even did a hard reset and tried from scratch. Even updated to the AT&T 6.1 ROM (I have a tilt), but nothing works? ARGH!!!!!

yea I think I had that problem as well, until I used sspl-kais.exe instead of the jumpspl1.xx-kais.exe files..
