Using RomeOS 2.3 based on a 6.1 build I think.
Installed to main memory, I've tried a few builds but the same issue.

This problem is caused by the landscape clear type fix. If you have any of the older DDI cabs installed it will cause Opera to load incorrectly. Try disabling the clear type or uninstalling this cab.

Hi again, thanks for the feedback sounds like I can get this fixed.
I went into uninstall programs and got rid of
-OLD DDI Driver for Landscape Cleartype
-Opera 9.5 Beta
-Opera Software Opera 9
And tried to install my Opera 9 cab Build 1937
I got a warning that My old version would be replaced, odd since I uninstalled it, then finally I got a 'Opera was not installed correctly' message.
So I rechecked my Uninstall Programs, and low and behold all three items were still in the uninstall list.
So I've done the following
SK Tools - Uninstalled all 3 items
Soft reset
MemMaid - Advanced Uninstall all 3 items
Soft reset
Resco Explorer - Scan for all Opera files 'Deleted the lot'
Resco Registry - Scan for all Opera references, delete them too.
Soft Reset
And STILL all 3 items are in my uninstall list. And STILL when I try and re-install Opera Cab i get the message that an existing version will be replaced, followed by a failed install.
Annoying eh, can anyone help?, Am I missing something?

right, bugger it. Hard Reset time. Windows Mobile Uninstall Programs is quite simply a bit turd.
