I am looking for an applet that will log my cell tower connections, along with status, tower ID, current GPS position, QOS data, etc. Anything like that around?

Try searching. There are at least 3-4 in this forum, and probably more than that over XDA in general.

I'd answer with specifics if you were looking for suggestions, but it's obvious you haven't bothered to even try.

I have looked- Google is my friend- yet nothing comes up anywhere in XDA land. Please illumine my dark world with your knowledge.
