Please Help !

Hi guys i have a problem. My qtek 9000 is dead. I have flashed the ROM many times but now somethinng happened so after flashing a new ROM and doing a hard resset the pocket stays at the first image (win logo and info) and does nothing. Now the flashing process takes only 4 minutes instead of 20-25 and if i remeber good beafore it use to have 2 steps: 1 erasing the old flash; 2 upgrading the new flash. But now it's only upgrading the new flash and as i said beafore in just 4 minutes. Now i'm stuck and don't know what to do so if you can help me please do it.
