Programs screen in Tilt is freezing or scrolling very slowly

Hi everything was working smoothly and i installed the Advanced Configuration Tool of Julien Schapman and from that onwards i am facing an weird issue in my programs screen. Whenever i select all programs and goto this screen it always comes up very slowly. If i try to refresh it it will do it very slowly. Also the scrolling is dead slow. I am not sure whether i have to modify some settings for this. All other screens like settings etc are working smooth and very fast. Please suggest

I experience the same problem, haven't figured out which option causes that problem, have you?
