Key lock even when the phone is ring

Hi,

I usually put my phone in my bag. When the phone is ringing, Many times I mistakenly hit the hang-up button (the red phone key) while I was trying to take the phone out of my bag. Is there any setting or tweak or software to lock the keys while the phone is ringing?
