It doesn't work on the 3.xx hard spl's i don't think. Put hardspl v1.xx on there and then follow the instructions again.

the instructions stated that make sure your device is SPl1.xx, you should revert your spl back.

Just use jump spl and flash profs hard spl 1.0. Get it here!:)

Hi all. Apologies for hijacking the thread and asking for help on my first post :(.

jockyw2001 - thanks for the guide, it has served me well up until I get the unlock code.

I am booting the Tri-Colour bootloader mode ok, disabling the USB connections from Activesync, running Niki-supercid.exe, but all I get is the below:

Nothing more.

The only way that I can get this to change is by unplugging and plugging in again, and then I get:

do you have a niki or kaiser...this is the kaiser forum
and the spl you mention is not a kaiser spl
