pr ordered the G1 (android OS) today

i know its a brick from my sources at t-mobile but i dont care i wanna have it and explore it lol like havin a new car just gotta find out what it can do besides drive rite? ah well it should arrive the 22 of october hope it comes sooner

Well it won't come sooner... That's usually the point of a release date, so you know when it's coming. But yes, if I were with T-Mobile I'd love to buy one. I'm just going to wait around for the first AT&T phone with Android.

Who knows if they will get one though. Apple could have very well made a clause in the renewing of the AT&T exclusivity that the Android-OS not be sold by AT&T. Just a thought ..

Yea but they cant do that. At&t wouldn't have signed the contract then, less money for at&t and its "BAAD fooo bizzness!!"

Yeah I don't see that happening at all, AT&T is the one that pays big bucks to keep Apple exclusive, not the other way around.
