ATT 6.1 ROM and Backlight time issue

Hey, a couple times a day the backlight setting "Turn off backlight if device not used for" will go to 10 sec from the 1 min setting. Ill set it back to 1 min and it will eventually flip back to 10 sec which is super annoying.

how can i make it stick?

I'm not that much of an expert, but I figured a way to fix it.

First, I installed the BrightLockInstaller.CAB from the Kaiser Tweak page .

However, I'm not sure if that was what fixed the problem.

Then, I went to the Power settings (the one showing how much battery your device still has), and then went to the Advanced Tab.

I just undid the "Turn off device if not used for" and VOILA!:)

It worked for me. It's weird cause, when that option was checked, it was at 1 min, but my device would always turn off by 10 sec.

wouldnt that just keep the backlight on since you unchecked it?
