network sharing issue

Hi i have searched the forums and cant find the answer to my problem, i can use network sharing with no issue, but if i download a program it stops cold in the middle of the download, even if i do a speed test at nyc.speakeasy.net it stops in the middle, does att have a lock for downloading files now??? i can however brows the internet with no problem :confused:

even when i stream a videos it would never complete the streaming, is this normal with the att network, i have a tilt with hyperdragon installed?

BUMP:( anyone know when i do internet sharing with my pc, streaming youtube videos or downloading stuff stops in the middle of streaming or downloading?
