I'm having some problems with this device.

I power the device and the screen is black or shades of grey, the screen appears to be locked.

I've upgraded the rom to wwm 6.1 and every thing went finny.
The screen always stays in this shade of grey, windows blocks on screen configuration with the phrase "touch the screen to configure" +-.

Because the touch screen is not accepting input i'm not able to continue the configuration.

I would appreciate all the help.

Alsuki.

Hmm, it sounds like the sceen connection is suspect. Is this 2nd-hand phone? Have you taken screen apart? I have phone that doesn't respond to touch because the touch overlay is not working properly.
I don't know of any ROM that doesn't ask for touch configuration when it's first booted. Is this a UNI thing? Or perhaps some of the expert chefs can create a ROM that doesn't ask this?
Sorry if I'm bearer of bad news.

Sorry for my late reply.

Yes this is a 2nd-hand device.
I was suspecting of hardware failure.

Thanks for all your replies.
