Newbee needs Help -> Chance Tmobile branded OS

Hi folks,

i'm new on this sector and need your help.
I have a T-Mobile MDA Vario (HTC Wizard) and i'm looking for Windows Mobile 5 Phone Edition branding free or higher (if posible)

What i know about my MDA Vario:
It's SIMlock free (i've got the code from T-Mobile)
It have a G4 bootloader

What i need:
A ROM (or a link where i can get one) and a "howto" (in german?)

Why?
I don't like the T-Mobile branding on my MDA Vario.

I try to use the boards "search"-form and i googled a lot, but i didn't find what i'm looking for.

Hi MvSt so if you got a code to set free sim cards on your device well...!
Are you german? you can speak in english as well cause I dont know german but...

i can tell you that every ROM Original from carriers from every carrier has itself stuff (I dont like it) and you cant get a WM5 SE phone edition original...

There are some old builds custom roms for wm5 but you need to CID sim unlock your G4 device carefully to get a vanilla Wm5 without problems ok?

Please go to G4 forum maybe there some people can speak in german and told you how to do all this steps... and please please put all your info like me to help you very good ok?

and read read read i recomend you a lot and ask too.

All official roms have their own splash screens and softwares included in the rom,if you want rom without carrier's branding than look for custom build wm6.1 roms.
Well,as you say its a G4 device,you'll first have to apply SoftSPL or HardSPL for upgrading all these roms,read about SoftSPL or HardSPL in the G4 sub forum and just to start off check out this latest wm6.1 rom in German Language :-

YES ! true,you can only replace the splash screens as you wish and all those are beautiful screens,no doubt,grrrrr8 effort put in there.but here the guy want to change his WWE OS to German lang,lol :)

As i now know my MDA is nod CID free.
After a lot of read, i tryed to unlock it, but the programs i tryed won't work under MS Vista.
And without an unlocked CID no flashing....

Know i will try another way. I will try to work with an updatet ROM from T-Mobile, wich i can flash under Vista.
I'll try to delete the T-Mobile branding.
Why this way?
After update and reboot my MDA, it takes 3 seconds and than the T-Mobile branding will start to work. It installs some *.cab files and more.
So, i'm thinking, if i can delete this files, no branding will apear after an update, and i have a clean wm5 on my MDA.

(sorry for my english, but it is a long time ago i have to use it :) )

Wait a second... what does ypu will do... even if it can be erased symply its a mistake to try delete a boot file!

Im not sure but maybe is the same in XP:

God damn it has to much files this folder (windows folder..... or root) delete are you sure... then the windows restart by itself after a minute on.

Its better that try to search a xp Men!!!!

Ok, ok, ok.
I'll don't do!

So, after search the Web i found a stable german WM6.1 and a stable wm5.

Now i will try to CID unlock with Vista (a howto i found) otherwise i found a XP computer i can use.

And in case of brick i downloaded an original T-Mobile wm5 and the last update.

When it works i will descirbe how i got it.
If not..... i will take my MDA Vario as door holder in future :)

As your phone is G4,it cannot be CID unlocked,it can only be upgraded through SoftSPL or HardSPL .These methods don't work on vista,do it on WinXp.
