Your pretty vague, i'm assuming you got a Kaiser (Att Tilt/HTC) since your on this Kaiser forum.

There are many kinds of themes and roms.

Um, I think you would find it useful to read up on ROMs/Flashing and Theme'ing
as they are totally different. your new phone can do alot, but it takes a bit of searching an browsing to get it to its fully potential. I know there's a TON of info here, but just dig in, you might not find what you want right away, but you will learn :D
