can [HTC Universal] JASJAR work with MobiTV??? VGA conflict

I have a [HTC Universal] JASJAR I am trying to get the most recent version of MobiTV and am getting the following message upon trying to start the program installed via the "mobitv_34175_ppc_setup.exe" downloadable:

error:
"MobiTV does not support this resolution (640 x 480)"

can anyone get this to work?

I have contacted MobiTV and they claim to have one compatible with Touch Diamond but I have yet to be able to get a cab file or install of any kind from them
