stuck in boatloader screen

My phone is stuck in boatloader screen when you try and run a new rom it goes throw the process of installing after it gets to a 100% phone turns off comes back on in boatloder screen but the ipl and spl change anyone ideas how to fix

wich one you have try to upgrade etc etc
everything you remember and can give us..

was using the octaivoi wm6 rom
have tried using the o2 original roms

the phone just whent into bootloader by its self roms will load but after the 100% phone turns off then comes back on but still in bootloader screens but the ipl and spl will change any ideas

So its not bricked! you have a hope on your hands.
There is more than one solution to you... read upgrade forum :D
