QUESTION?? Start Menu

Is it possible to change the start menu from saying "start" to what ever phrase i choose? Looked didnt have much luck, either that or I wasnt lookin under the right thing...either way HELP!!! :confused:

Thanks but thats confusing , if you understand do you mind explaining how i can modify the shellres.192.dll file in order to change the Start text ??
