TomTom Navigator 7 for Tilt

I've seen many places that there is Tomtom Navigator 7 other than the Diamond.

Can someone say if that will work for the Tilt WM6.1?
Where and how do you get that?

I've googled a lot, but it seems really hard to follow all that.
