Transparant Top Curtain

Is there anyway to make the Top Curtain transparant? I tried the file NoTopCurtain.cab but then it disappears completely, I want to keep the info that is in the Top Curtain so only want it transparant.

I think that you did not read my message very well, I say there that I already tried this file but this file will remove the complete curtain. I will not loose the information which is in this curtain just as my Provider ect, ect,. . . . so I only want it transparant.

you dont lose the information just the bar itself.
