How can I upgrade my Qtek from Ace Hellas!

Hi,

I have bought A Qtek 9000 (universal) from Ace hellas (Greek represantative of Qtek). I have read a lot of posts how to upgrade to WM6 but I am afraid to do anything without be sure.

If I am not mistaken, my ppc (from Ace hellas) was locked. So I cant backup extender rom and etc that suggest all upgrading methods.

Is there someone who have passed WM6 in such a device from greece? I want exactly the steps and what I need to do! In order to not 'brake' my lovely device!

Hello and welcome to the forum
The best advice I or anyone else can give you is go to the WIKI (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Universal) and READ! honestly, you will learn far more and know what to do than someone telling you bits. It tells you everything you need to know, all the problems you could have, and how to get round them. DO NOT dive in and try before you know what to do. Do this and you will have many happy hours using your device, jump in and you will have one expensive door stop my friend.
