XT9 on NoThrills FRA V3 Rom (and other ROM I think)

I have installed the NoThrills FRA V3 Rom but I don't have the XT9 and predictive words enabled even if I thick them in the option menu... IS ther an option, a cab or some registery key to activate it? Thanks in advance!!!
