[REQ] Connect to home server over internet ?

Hello,

I've just ordered a Diamond and I was thinking about an app that would be great.
If you could connect to the home computer/server/pc from the mobile and get the (windows) shared files from the PC on the mobile.
I will be getting a flatrate Turbo3G with the phone, so apps like this would be great. To be able to stream all my music from my pc/server wherever I am :)

Is there some software that enables something like this?
